Class 2 to 1 Observations requests
If you are interested in upgrading your license from Class 2 to 1, you will need to do the following:
- Download the upgrade from from OHSAA’s website here
- Have the upgrade form with you at all games for observers to sign
- Arrange for two class 1 umpires to observe two separate games. This can be done on your own or by requesting observations on the form below
- Request observations from the COBUA by filling out this Google Form
- submit the completed form by April 20th to canderson@ohsaa.org
- An email will be sent in early May with testing instructions; pass the test with a 80% proficiency
